Sourdough You Know is a small-batch sourdough bakery located in Minooka, Illinois. We specialize in crafting delicious sourdough breads, treats, and more using locally-sourced ingredients. Our passion is sharing the art of sourdough baking with our community.

The sourdough stand in Minooka is open on Wednesdays and Fridays for self-service shopping and pick up. All other days are by appointment and pre-orders.
Custom orders are needed 3 days in advanced from the time baked goods are needed. Pre-payment is given at the same time.
